i had a problem on my phone that said that the apple mobile device cannot be used because it has not yet started. I uninstalled and reinstalled both apple mobile device and itunes and it still doesn't work, I can't sync my phone!

hi can someone help me my itunes wont let me get the update for my iphone and this is what it says

itunes requires a newer version of apple mobile device support please unistal both apple mobile device support and itunes

and if done that alot of times but dosent work
